Angie, a loyal reader of Self Care Genie, sent me an email. She requested that I share her book review with you. I’m pleased to say Yes! Happy to share this!
The book is Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? by Julie Smith.
I was going through a really hard time and felt like I was hitting the wall looking for answers. Anything to stop the pain in my heart and mind.
I saw someone recommend this on a Facebook video and decided to go for it.
The transformation from when I started this to the end. Incredible. That’s the only way I can describe it - Incredible. I’m learning so much about who I am and why I am the way I am and how to move about life Differently.
It really helps you see things about why certain things keep happening to you.
I’m not really explaining it in full depth, but I do think everyone has a different experience with what they gain from the book.
I definitely recommend if you’re looking for some new outlook in life.
